Q: How do I sign up?
A: Stop by our office during regular business hours and we will take care of paperwork and assign you a spot.

Q: Security?
A: Our lots are fenced in and lighted.

Q: Insurance?
A: You must have insurance covering your property, we do not insure your property against loss.

Q: Do you have 24 Hour access?
A: Yes, you receive a key to the gate and may come and go as you please.

Q: Are you close to public launch facilities?
A: Yes. The Fairport Harbor Port Authority Boat Launch ramp is approx. 1 mile from our location.

Q: Does size of vehicle stored matter?
A: To a point – units up to 40 ft. are the same rate.

Q: Do you have indoor storage?
A: No. Unfortunately everything is outdoor storage at this time.

Q: How big are spaces?
A: Approx. 10 to 12 ft wide and 45 ft deep.

Q: Can I store more than 1 unit in each space?
A: Yes, as long as they are one in front of the other and total length is under the 40 ft. limit.

Q: Do you store Semi's?
A: Not usually, but would look at it case by case – absolutely no loaded trailers.

Q: Do you have electrical hook up?
A: No. We can assist you with a jump if needed.

Q: Can we spend the night or Camp?
A: No – there are no facilities and local zoning will not allow.
